Steve comes to Hogan Guns, with well over 30 years experience in sales/marketing roles, for firms in the Broadcast, Law Enforcement and Firearms Industries.
A native of New York, Steve has been in Arizona for over 25 years, offering solutions to building successful sales/marketing programs for both large and small firms.
Steve Kates, is building the sales/marketing program for Hogan Guns, from small dealers, to large distributors, as well as the Hogan LE sales program.
Steve is also a member of the Maricopa County Sheriff's/Special Forces Posse and a certified CCW instructor, for Arizona, Utah and a SABRE defense instructor.
Steve also is know around the nation, for his radio program, A CALL TO RIGHTS, www.calltorights.com; dealing with issues relating to our 2nd Amendment, the Constitution and Bill Of Rights.....
 

ORDERING POLICY:
HOGAN Manufacturing accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. All C.O.D. orders require payment by certified check unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments made by certified check or cashiers check can be shipped on same day received. Personal checks require 10 days to clear, unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping costs are not included in our pricing.
Complete rifles and lower receivers must be ordered and paid for through an FFL dealer of your choice. No exceptions. Out of state, local Arizona can do direct sales.
All of our custom rifles include the Federal Excise Tax.
Our delivery times are estimated at the time of the order. We will always try to hold our estimated delivery times. Under no circumstances will we rush any order. The quality of our custom rifles will not be compromised.
100% satisfaction is always our goal. This does not cover any gunsmithing or modifications done by anyone outside our company.

WARRANTY POLICY:
HOGAN Manufacturing’s firearms warrants to the initial retail purchaser the HOGAN™ firearm will be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Any such defects of which HOGAN Manufacturing is given written notice within 2 years from the date of the initial purchase by the initial retail purchaser will be remedied by HOGAN Manufacturing as provided below.
Upon receiving timely notice from the initial retail purchaser and compliance by same regarding instructions for return of the firearm, HOGAN Manufacturing shall have the option of repairing or replacing any part claimed or found to be defective.
All parts and labor or replacement at HOGAN Manufacturing’s option shall be covered. Correction of the claimed condition in this manner shall constitute fulfillment of all obligations of HOGAN Manufacturing under this two year limited warranty.
Products deemed by HOGAN Manufacturing to be unsafe shall not be returned. This two year limited warranty does not cover any condition determined by HOGAN Manufacturing to be caused by or arising out of unauthorized repairs or modifications, negligent or careless use, normal wear and tear, abuse, failure to properly store or maintain the product, disassembly beyond the field stripping instructions in the HOGAN firearm owner’s manual, use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, or neglect.
This two year limited warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all or any other warranties written, oral, expressed or implied. 100% satisfaction is always our goal, all of our rifles have a 100% satisfaction guarantee; as long as customer abuse has not created a problem, we may repair your rifle free of charge. This does not cover any unauthorized gunsmithing or modifications done by anyone outside our company, unauthorized modifications will null and void warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim call HOGAN Manufacturing at our toll free number or locally 623-463-1939; Monday thru Friday 8am to 3pm (MST time) within the limited warranty period to receive a RMA number, (return merchandise authorization). Once you receive an RMA #, you will ship the firearm prepaid (suggest you insure it) along with a written description of the difficulty you are having with the firearm and proof of purchase (including date) to HOGAN Manufacturing c/o Customer Service Dept. 5625 N. 53rd Avenue Glendale, AZ 85301. Shipments received without previous authorization will be returned to sender.

HOGAN MANUFACTURING MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND HOGAN MANUFACTURING SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:
HOGAN Manufacturing disclaims any liability for personal injury, property damage or economic loss caused in whole or in part by hand loaded, reloaded, remanufactured or defective ammunition.
Under no circumstances will Hogan Manufacturing be liable for personal injury, property damage or economic loss resulting from unsafe handling of the firearm, or unauthorized modifications to the firearm.
The above limited two year warranty and disclaimer of liability is subject to all applicable laws, some of which may limit its terms.

RETURN POLICY FOR COMPLETE FIREARMS AND RELATED ITEMS:
HOGAN Manufacturing offers a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied and there is nothing wrong with the product, there is a 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise.
NO REFUND OR CREDIT FOR ANY FIREARMS THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY. Customer is responsible for shipment charges on returned product, no credit will be granted for shipping charges or surcharges. You will need to email sales@hoganguns.com  or call us at 623-439-1939, 1-888-452-0777.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY (Apparel and Merchandise only):
Since all orders are made to order, apparel and merchandise on returns and exchanges (different color or size) are subject to 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for returning shipment charges and re-shipment charges. We must receive the returned apparel within 7 days of notification. Failure to return apparel after the due date is subject to full charge amount of original amount of merchandise including shipping/handling charges.

All product merchandises must be in original re-sellable condition and has not been used or washed. There are no exceptions. Customer is responsible for shipment charges on returning product.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Any unauthorized return charges will be the sender's responsibility.

If the apparel/merchandise is defective upon receipt of order, we will exchange the item at no charge to you including shipping/handling fees. You must return and ship the defective item to us.

DAMAGED GOODS:
Any damaged shipments must be reported immediately to HOGAN Manufacturing for proper claim handling. Our contact page has our contact information.

SHIPPING POLICY:
In stock merchandise is generally shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Products requiring FFL license will only ship to an FFL dealer address. We will not ship to a residential or private address. There are no exceptions.
Products are generally shipped FedEx Ground. FedEx requires delivery of item to a physical address. FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. We also ship FedEX Next Air* upon customer’s request. *Item will ship FedEX Next Day Air only if item is in stock.
All sales are only to United States of America. We cannot ship any gun parts to any foreign country.

ALTERATION AND MODIFICATION WARNINGS:
Altering or modifying parts is dangerous and will void the warranty. The HOGAN rifle was manufactured to perform properly with the original parts as designed.

It is your duty to make sure any parts you buy are made for this rifle and are installed correctly and that neither the originals nor the replacements are altered or changed.

Your HOGAN Manufacturing rifle is a complex precision tool with many parts that must relate correctly with other parts in order for proper and safe operation. Putting a rifle together wrong or with incorrect or modified parts can result in a damaged rifle, serious personal injury or death to you and others through malfunction.

Always have a qualified gunsmith work on your rifle or at least check any work not performed by a gunsmith.

PRIVACY POLICY:
HOGAN Manufacturing is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, "HOGAN Manufacturing" has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:

Acquisition of Information: We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.

Our Employees and Privacy: We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.

Security Measures: We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
